Our Naturopathic Clinic is run by resident Naturopath and Medical Herbalist Elly Toft.
 

Naturopathic medicine is based on the principle of treating the whole person, identifying, where possible, the cause of ill health rather than simply treating the symptoms.  
 

An initial naturopathic consultation is one and a half hours. During this time you can expect to discuss your current health and  health history, family health history, lifestyle, diet, exercise and relaxation.

You may be prescribed herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, dietary and lifestyle advice.  
 

Elly bases her treatment plans on the latest research alongside traditional use of natural medicine.
